Terms and Conditions
STV’s general Competition, Prize Draw and Voting Terms and Conditions apply. If there are any conflicting terms or conditions between the general T&Cs and the (relevant) Additional Terms below, the relevant Additional Terms will take precedence. To view the general T&Cs please click here.
STV Player+ TRNSMT Additional Terms
- The Prize: Tickets to the 2025 TRNSMT festival at Glasgow Green. 25 winning entrants will each receive one pair of general access 3-day tickets to TRNSMT, 11-13 July 2025.
2. Eligibility and Restrictions
- Entrants must be 18+
- Entrants must be subscribed to STV Player+ or STV Player+ with Premier Sports at the time of entry and the prize draw winner selection date.
- Entry is limited to one entry per subscriber.
- Excludes: first time subscribers who have not completed their free trial period and paid their first subscription by the prize draw winner selection date.
- Excludes: travel to and from the venue
- The tickets are non-transferrable
- Age restrictions apply for the event. Full details about event restrictions are available here
- By entering the prize draw, winning entrants agree that STV can share their contact details (as set out in section 7 below) with DF Concerts for the sole purpose of delivering the prize.
3. Prize draw period(s)
- The prize draw opens 6 June and closes 16 June
4. How to Enter
- You must enter via the website at stv.tv/prizedraw during the prize draw period.
5. Exclusions
- Excludes STV employees, immediate family members and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw or its administration.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- Winner Selection Date:
- Winners for the prize draw will be selected at random from all qualifying entries on 24 June
- Winner Notification Date:
- STV will contact the winners by email within 1 day of the Winner Selection Date.
- Winner Confirmation Date:
- The winners must confirm acceptance of the Prize by email to STV within 4 days of the Winner Notification Date.
- Failure to respond or accept the Prize by the Winner Confirmation Date will disqualify your entry and STV, at its sole discretion, may select a new winner.
- STV reserves the right to request proof of eligibility. Failure to provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate eligibility will result in disqualification and STV, at its sole discretion, may select a new winner.
- Winners must comply with the event organisers Terms and Conditions. Proof of age may be requested at entry, and anyone found, or suspected to be in possession of fake or invalid ID will be refused entry and the ID may be confiscated. 7. Delivery of the Prize
- STV will share your contact details (Name, email address, and home address with postcode) with DF Concerts for the sole purpose of delivering the Prize. The tickets will be delivered at least 3 days before the event.

STV Central Limited - Privacy information: STV will process your information to manage and facilitate the prize draw and otherwise in accordance with our STV privacy notice. We will retain and subsequently anonymise (into statistical form) personal data is received from non-qualifying entrants immediately after prize(s) are delivered to winners. We will retain and process STV Player entrant data in accordance with our privacy notice. We will share winner contact details (name, postal address and email address) securely with the prize provider DF Concerts, and with the prize provider's data processor only on the prize provider's instructions, for the sole purpose of delivering the prize. The prize provider is an independent data controller and their privacy notice, which sets out how they will process the winners' data is available here.
