Promotional Offer T&Cs: Free Gift (Hisense HS2000 Soundbar) with a “STV Player+ with Premier Sports” Annual Plan Subscription  

1. This promotional offer entitles eligible “STV Player+ with Premier Sports” annual plan subscribers to receive a free Hisense HS2000 Soundbar.  

2. The Hisense HS2000 Soundbar is compatible with televisions that have a HDMI input or Bluetooth connectivity enabled. The soundbar complies with the following specifications:

4. STV has 200 free gifts available (200 x Hisense HS2000 Soundbar) to distribute via Hisense’s nominated courier which will be allocated to eligible subscribers sequentially in order of sign up, starting from the first eligible “STV Player+ with Premier Sports” annual plan subscriber during the Promotion Period.

5. The promotion period shall commence on 27 August 2025 and shall end either (i) on the 24 September 2025 or (ii) when all 200 free gifts have been allocated, whichever event occurs first (the “Promotion Period”). This promotional offer is only available to new and returning subscribers to STV’s “STV Player+ with Premier Sports” annual plan who purchase an annual subscription during the Promotion Period and who have paid their annual subscription plan payment and who remain enrolled on that plan by the date on which Hisense dispatch the free gift. The offer is not available to subscribers to a STV Player+ plan, subscribers to a “STV Player+ with Premier Sports” monthly plan, or to those who have subscribed to an annual subscription to “STV Player+ with Premier Sports” plan before the Promotion Period. 

6. Free gifts can only be delivered to addresses within the UK. You must provide a UK address for delivery in order to claim your free gift. 

7. One free gift per eligible “STV Player+ with Premier Sports” annual plan subscriber. You agree not to register multiple times for an “STV Player+ with Premier Sports” annual plan subscription during the Promotion Period, including by using multiple names, email addresses or other means. STV is entitled to withhold a free gift where it considers, in STV’s reasonable opinion, that you have breached this condition or where it considers that any subscriber has used improper technical means to subscribe (for example, the use of bots). 

8. STV Player+ with Premier Sports T&Cs apply (available here my.stv.tv/terms-of-use/#player-plus-premier-sports) in addition to these Promotional Offer T&Cs. You must be 18 or over to register for STV Player and reside in the UK.   

9. To be eligible for the free gift (the Hisense HS2000 Soundbar) and to claim it, you must do all of the following: 

   9.1 Register for a new subscription to “STV Player+ with Premier Sports” annual plan on the STV Player website (stv.tv) during the Promotion Period. The offer is not available on subscriptions to “STV Player+ with Premier Sports” through our STV Player app via a third party.

    9.2 When completing the payment process for your subscription, you will be offered the option to opt out of receiving the free gift. If you want to receive the free gift, do not tick this box. 

   9.3 Pay for your annual subscription and remain enrolled on that subscription plan by the date on which the free gift is dispatched for delivery to you (this could be up to 8 weeks following the end of the Promotion Period). This means that you must have paid for your annual subscription at the cost of £120 or the prorated upgrade subscription cost where you are upgrading from an existing STV Player+ subscription to a “STV Player+ with Premier Sports annual subscription. A valid payment method is required to subscribe and your subscription fee is non-refundable. 

     9.4 Complete the form (the link to which will be contained in an email sent to you by STV) with the information requested (UK postal address for delivery and phone number) and submit it within 10 working days of receiving the form from STV. You can expect to receive the email containing the link to the form within 5 working days of payment for your annual subscription. The email will be sent to your email address that you used to subscribe to your “STV Player+ with Premier Sports” plan. Failure to complete and submit the form within 10 working days of our email being sent to you will result in disqualification from the free gift offer. 

10. STV will share your contact details (name, email address, and the UK delivery address and phone number that you provide in the online form) securely with Hisense UK Limited (“Hisense”) for the sole purpose of allowing Hisense to facilitate delivery of the free gift via Hisense’s nominated courier. Hisense will process your information as a data controller in accordance with its privacy policy: https://uk.hisense.com/external-privacy-notice  Hisense will share your contact details with its nominated courier for the sole purpose of delivering the free gift to you.  

11. The Hisense HS2000 Soundbar will be dispatched for delivery within 8 weeks of the last date of the Promotion Period.   

12. The free gift offered via this promotion is the Hisense HS2000 Soundbar. It cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative. The free gift is non-transferable (meaning that it must be claimed by, and delivered to, you) and it is not for resale (meaning that you cannot sell it).
