Donna is furious when her dad accuses kids from Byker Grove of stealing motorbikes, but he's right, and Gill's joyride leads to a bloody nose.

Julie has to decide whether to defy her parents and go back to her new friends at The Grove. Some of the boys at The Grove uncover hidden treasure, in the form of an old motorbike.

Episode 3

Donna makes an appearance as a model at a charity fashion show, but the assignment isn't quite what she expected. The kids from The Grove set off for a day's skateboarding and motorbike riding with Brad.

The kids from The Grove set off on their long-awaited camping trip. The girls talk about boys, and the boys talk about girls. Even the Grove's grown up helpers, Brad and Alison, seem affected by the mood.

A hard choice faces Julie, who has to come to terms with the fact that her parents are breaking up. Winston is faced with the imminent arrival in Newcastle of Kelly, the girl he met at camp.
