In County Cork, Lyndey explores the food mecca of the English Market, learns the secrets of "spotted dog" with Darina Allen of Ballymaloo and catches mackerel with TV chef and restaurateur Marin Shanahan to cook on the beach.

In Dublin, there's a taste of seafood and a swim in the sea when Lyndey visits old friends in the nearby harbour of Howth. After an early morning visit to Dublin market, Lyndey meets food blogger Donal Skehan who takes her on a tour of the old city night life.
