Things go from bad to worse for Howard as his health begins to deteriorate rapidly, so the team decides to stop for a well-earned rest. However, the group are soon faced with a life-or-death decision.

Peru - Part 4

Howard needs an emergency rescue, but the team cannot wait long for the helicopter, forcing them to take the tough decision to keep on course to their next destination, the Lost City at Chocquequerao.

Peru - Part 5

Five contestants climb Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa, involving a trek through varying terrain and enduring a lack of oxygen but on the first day, a grandmother dislocates two fingers.

The group begin to ascend Kilimanjaro, but face a medical emergency.

The previous night's medical emergency has left the team reeling, and one member will have to be evacuated off the mountain. Everyone must dig deep and find the determination to complete the trek.

The team faces a demanding climb to 16,000 feet above sea level for the last camp before attempting the peak and everyone is feeling the effects of the altitude, some more than others.

The final leg of the journey sees the team fighting extreme exhaustion, freezing temperatures and rapidly thinning air. It becomes clear that only the strongest will make it.

The team explores the rainforest of Guyana in South America, in an attempt to reach the Kaieteur Falls.

Guyana - Part 1

The team struggles as their journey to the Falls continues on water in native canoes, which are heavy and hard to steer, with both Chris and Jermaine sinking before they are out of the shallows.

Guyana - Part 2

The adventurers are back on foot for the third leg of the journey but face the ordeal of swimming across a wide river to get to their next camp, complete with their gear.

Guyana - Part 3

The team takes to the water once more but their efforts to travel over powerful rapids ends in disaster.

The team face six kilometres of climbing to the falls on the final leg of their journey.
