The city of Adelaide has seen many of Australia's most horrific murders. But why?

In 1999, police were investigating multiple disappearances. What they discovered, would become the most horrific case in the history of Australian crime. This case would now be known as the Bodies in the Barrels.


Episode 2

In 1983, a young girl was snatched in the middle of the night from her own bed. The investigation into her disappearance would last over three decades, and tie the murderer to three cases that had shocked the city to its very core.

Episode 3

In 1979, boys began disappearing across Adelaide. They would be discovered dumped outside the city limits with wounds that would horrify investigators. The case would create a mythology of suspects that would shock the nation.
