Diary of a Mother on the Edge follows Henrietta Spink, whose sons Freddie and Henry both suffer with a genetic illness and need constant care. Henrietta faced losing her home when she went to court to extend just 30 hours of help. When Henry was born, he passed medical checks, but fell asleep for three years. Henry is less dependent, but his behaviour is erratic. This is their story.
