Burntisland Fabrication in Fife will now double its workforce having secured the work to design and build components for a new oil platform. Also; the wife of a man killed by a hit and run driver in Ayrshire is urging anyone who knows who is responsible to come forward to help her family come to terms with his death. Myra Brown last spoke to her husband, Ian when he left for a day out in Girvan with workmates. The 48 year old was knocked down and killed as he made his way home. In sport; Neil Lennon has hit back at Charles Green, after the Ibrox Chief Executive said the decision to place Rangers in the SFL was "driven by bigotry." Meanwhile Dean Shiels is the latest player to sign for Rangers, and insists he doesn't care if people are questioning his ambition.
