Forty people are now thought to have been infected in the Legionnaires' disease outbreak in Edinburgh - with the full toll not expected to peak until the weekend. Eight new cases were confirmed today - but there have been no more fatalities and the number of people who're critically ill has fallen from 15 to 12. The Health Secretary Nicola Sturgeon said the search for the source of the outbreak is being treated as an "absolute priority." In other news; Two men are being questioned by detectives investigating a fire which killed a father and his two children at their home in Helensburgh. Both are being held following early morning raids in the town. The development comes just weeks before the first anniversary of the deaths of Thomas Sharkey Snr, his 21 year old son, Thomas and his daughter, Bridget who was 8. And in sport; Stewart Regan says new rules on the change of control of football clubs will require "full disclosure" from Rangers administrators about the potential new owners. The SFA Chief Executive was speaking after the AGM at Hampden Park agreed to introduce regulations aimed at ensuring those buying clubs are "fit and proper" people. This episode has been edited for rights reasons.
