A man in his 50s has died after a Legionnaires outbreak in Edinburgh. NHS Lothian is now investigating 17 confirmed cases of the disease and 15 suspected cases. All of these patients are being treated in hospitals in the Lothian area. In other news: The Queen has said she is deeply touched and humbled by the celebrations staged for her Diamond Jubilee - in a rare address of thanks to the Commonwealth. In sport: Scotland have ended their run of seven consecutive defeats with an historic win over the Australian rugby team. Andy Robinson's men became the first Scottish side in three decades to beat the Wallabies on foreign soil. And they did it in severe weather conditions.
