The billionaire was piped to the first hole and cut a red ribbon before teeing off with former Ryder Cup captain, Colin Montgomerie. In other news: West Lothian Council has held an emergency meeting to discuss the closure of the Hall's factory in Broxburn, where seventeen-hundred jobs are under threat; A Scottish pensioner has appeared in court in Bulgaria charged with the murder of an eleven year-old-boy. In sport: Hibs boss Pat Fenlon says he's been scouring the UK and the rest of Europe for new players as he looks to re-build his squad for next season. The Irishman today signed former Carlisle United keeper Ben Williams on a two year deal but insists more will follow. Williams meanwhile, claims finishing in the top four and securing a place in Europe next season isn't out of the question for Hibs.
