Fifteen people have been charged following an investigation into allegations of corruption and fraud at Edinburgh Council. The police inquiry had focussed on the council's property care department. The alleged offences include money laundering. In other news; One of Rangers former stars has called on fans not to buy season tickets because they will lose their money. John Brown says he and other fans want answers from the club's owner Charles Green. He says he is waiting in the wings with a new consortium, to buy the club. And in sport; Rangers legend Sandy Jardine has accused the players who've chosen to leave Ibrox of "treating the club shabbily". Ten of them have now declared they will not transfer to the newco - including captain Steve Davis and goalkeeper Allan McGregor. This episode has been edited for rights reasons.
