At the Justice Committee today MSPs were told the legal establishment had an 'orchestrated desire' to keep matters secret. Dan Parks has quit international rugby - just one game into Scotland's Six Nations campaign. Parks, who won 67 caps, scoring 266 points, was criticised following a poor performance against England in the six nations opener on Saturday.
