Staff at the Scottish Police College have been bullied out of their jobs. That's the claim from Unison as a new survey by the college revealed a quarter of their workforce has been bullied. Bosses there say they're now tackling the problem as the Justice Secretary branded the behaviour unacceptable. A distraught mother's been telling of how heroin is destroying the lives of people in Dundee. The woman, who lost her son to the effects of the drug, wants to stop youngsters entering a world of destructive addiction. In other news, MSP's are backing calls for an independent investigation into the impact explosions at a quarry in Fife are having on local residents. Hundreds of houses in Leslie border the quarry which is blasting for hard rock up to three times a week. And finally in sport, there's just over four and a half hours until the transfer window closes. Despite continued speculation striker Johnny Russell is still a Dundee United player. This international version of STV News at Six is viewable world-wide. It has been edited for rights reasons, which also allows us to keep the programme online after the initial 24-hour broadcast window in the UK has passed. Viewers within the UK who want to watch the full episode 'as broadcast' should select the UK version of the programme.
