Dundee's new Lord Provost has vowed to encourage investment and job creation in the city. Community plans for each of the eight wards in Dundee were launched this morning. And in sports: St Johnstone chairman Steve Brown says he wouldn’t vote for a newco Rangers to get into the SPL sanction free. Ross County say they remain confident the upgrade of their stadium to make it SPL compliant will be complete by the first of July.
