A state of the art centre aimed at protecting child abuse victims in Dundee will lead to improved information sharing amongst the agencies involved. Police officers, social workers and medical staff will be based at the new two point six million pound Seymour House. The purpose built facility has been designed to meet the needs of children who may be vulnerable to harm. In other news; Plans to dual an eleven mile stretch of the A9 have gone on public display in Perth. Local communities are being asked to comment on the proposals to dual the route between Luncarty and Dunkeld's Jubilee Bridge. The two hundred million pound project is aimed at improving congestion and road safety. The designs are the first step in the Scottish Government's pledge to dual the entire A9 between Perth and Inverness by 2025.
