The debate between Johann Lamont and Alex Salmond over the future of universal benefits in an age of austerity took a new twist today when the Labour Leader launched a strong personal attack on the First Minister. During a fiery session at First Minister's Questions she accused him of not living in the real world. He accused her of being a Tory. In other news: The Scottish food and drink industry is booming with new figures showing almost half of companies planning to target new export markets. However a survey by Lloyds Bank found that two thirds of companies do not trade online in a bid to boost overseas sales. The funeral's taken place of a Moray-born police officer killed in a gun and grenade attack. Thousands of people lined the streets of Manchester to say farewell to PC Fiona Bone, who is expected to be buried in Scotland. Two children who attend the same nursery in Orkney have been diagnosed with E.Coli. Orkney Islands Council and NHS Orkney are investigating cases of the bug with two diagnosed and a third suspected case being monitored. All the children attend the Peedie Breeks nursery in Kirkwall. And in sports: The Scottish Communities League Cup draw has been made. Aberdeen and Dundee United have landed home ties, while Inverness and St Johnstone face Old Firm away days. After a poor start to the campaign St Johnstone boss Steve Lomas says he always knew his team would turn their season around. Lomas was speaking after collecting the latest SPL manager of the month award. This international version of STV News at Six is viewable world-wide.
