Officials say many of the authority's existing buildings are 'un-fit for purpose' and savings have to be made. Members have been told that no jobs will be lost in the major review. Meanwhile; Nat Fraser has suffered a set-back in his attempt to overturn his conviction for the murder of his estranged wife. A judge has said that his appeal would be a waste of court time after reading the paperwork his legal team have submitted.
