Police searching for the body of a Perthshire man who was killed in 1999 have found human remains. The discovery of what's believed to be a piece of human bone was made in a field in the Errol area this afternoon, during the latest search for Adam Alexander. In other news; made to feel like a criminal. A blind man claims he has been bullied and harassed for simply trying to claim the benefits which he says he needs to survive. Henry Sherlock hit out at the controversial UK government welfare reforms as he gave evidence to MSPs. It comes amid fears that benefits could stop going up with the cost of living and be frozen for two years. In local news; a man's died while diving off the coast of Orkney. It's understood the 66 year old was diving on the wreck of the SMS Dresden in Scapa Flow. Northern Constabulary say there don't appear to be any suspicious circumstances. Meanwhile; Motorists in the Western Isles are facing a severe fuel shortage with petrol supplies running out at many filling stations. North Uist and Benbecula appear to be worst affected. Retailers say the shortage is due to issues with wholesaler Scottish Fuels. Also in sport; ahead of his Ryder Cup return, Paul Lawrie says Europe are underdogs going into next week's showdown with the USA.
