Members rejected calls for the crisis-hit club to start in the First Division by a massive majority of twenty five votes to five. Tonight the newco's Chief Executive Charles Green says he accepts the decision. In other news: Peterhead's Balmoor stadium will play host to the crisis torn club's first game in the bottom tier. Three people have been charged with murdering a woman in Aberdeen. The number of people applying for jobs in Scotland has dipped slightly in the past three months. Scotland's first new flour mill in thirty years is to be built in Kirkcaldy. The seventeen million pound plant will replace an older factory in the town, run by Carrs Milling Industries.
