Four proud home owners open their doors to each other in the hope of winning 1,000 Euros with their idea of property perfection. In Brittany in France, retired naval engineer Chris Beresford from Gloucestershire has painstakingly restored a country manor. He's up against beautician and busy mum Jo Collier, originally from Yorkshire, whose rural restoration project is a wonderful work in progress. Also opening up her tidy town house is former pub landlady Marian Fraser from Plymouth and Jane Bridge, who moved from South Devon to live in a pretty French country cottage
