Today, Lynda is in Somerset and she is challenged to make a supper for a group of Charles Dickens fans. Lynda has a go at basket weaving at the willows and wetlands centre, tries to hit the target with some archery practice, and turns her hand to shepherding with the help of Jock the sheepdog. Her chosen dish is sausage plait, served with fried apple, for the Dickensian aficionados
