Dick and James Strawbridge sail to Chichester in West Sussex where they meet a man with a passion for aubergines. They then compete to make the best Sussex fruit cake and catch famous Selsey lobster to make a risotto on the beach. There is stew and steamed pudding on the menu for dinner on board their boat
