Dick and James Strawbridge are at Cowes on the Isle of Wight as part of their culinary voyage around Britain's coast. Their journey takes them on an early morning fishing trip and to a nursery which is growing tomatoes on a grand scale. They prove dab hands at plucking poultry and admirably artistic in a garlic-tying competition. They also find out who is the best pate-maker and team up to blend soup using pedal power
