Dick and James Strawbridge sail around Britain to discover fantastic food. In this episode, they travel in waters that will host the 2012 Olympic Regatta as they head to Weymouth and Portland. They seek out rare-breed sheep and a secret recipe for dough cake, sample scallops hand-picked from the seabed and cultivate cress. They also compete in a giant paella cook-off and go nuts for some tasty nibbles - all before making a lip-smacking lunch on board their boat
