Nautical culinary series in which Dick and James Strawbridge sail around Britain's coastline in search of fine local ingredients. Today, they go upstream on a West Country waterway where they find an ingenious way of cooking local eggs. They also meet some prize-winning pigs, get creative with mushrooms and plums and cook up a feast on board their vessel
