Nautical culinary series in which father-and-son team Dick and James Strawbridge sail around Britain's coastline in search of good food and fine local ingredients to cook on-board their pilot cutter Amelie Rose. They begin their voyage in Cornwall then head for Plymouth in Devon, where they make pasties, mill flour, shear sheep and make a sausage-stuffer using a bicycle pump
