Cake maker Fiona Cairns finds inspiration from her favourite childhood sweets. On the menu are easy, no-bake chocolate caramel crunchy 'robots' which look impressive but are a great starter recipe for children. For adults Fiona has a recipe for rose and violet creams covered in chocolate and made with violet liqueur. Fiona also explains how to transform a traditional Victoria sponge into a lovely looking heart shape cake with marshmallow frosting and bakes an exotic Turkish delight meringue filled with raspberry jelly and rosewater cream.
