Cake maker Fiona Cairns spices up her cakes with a Bollywood theme today including chilli chocolate cupcakes, a delicious tropical fruit chewy meringue, and a chocolate and coconut cake decorated with vanilla rose butter cream. She also gives an Indian twist to the traditional British ginger cake, and challenges two artists to transfer their skills to cakes
